IS IT A COMPLETE FAILED SYSTEM ????

We, over the past years have seen our nation go through ups and downs either economically, financially or socially . But the question is that, then have you seen the ups moments in the country? I believe a numerous number of our population will go the downs way!!!! Since 1963_2020, my math brings me to 57years ,we are still trying to solve the same issues, that is: Poverty,Ignorance,Corruption,Better health care,Education and e.t.c

But then were do we fail, is it the matter of lack of good governance or lack of good planning?It would be blasphemous for me to try and insinuate that we lack a good plan as a country, we have a lot of brilliant individuals whom luckily are given the chance to be on our planning system as a country ,they have really drawn to our leaders a good plan on how to tackle our main issues and left it to the government or the leaders the mandate to implement them ,so that the nation can feel changed. But then all this efforts have always failed and failed really well as soon as the allocated money to run this projects and lands on the peoples hands for them to control it.Maybe,we would give some thumbs high for being patriotic enough for enforcing the spirit of change on to our nation , for they have helped us at least be in a traceable place as a developing country and the best economy in East and Central Africa and among the top 5 countries with a good economy, in Africa.What if we would have a country totally free of corruption??

The search of finding a corruption free zone is the "paradise" we all are looking for, but then has the search always been real? We have seen manifestos come and go promising to give the "paradise" to us citizens but after Kenyans granting that chance they have really proven that they are after fattening there bellies with our money. We pay tax ,We follow the rule,We get really patriotic , but our leaders do let us down and( down down) is the chorus today, but (up up) is the chorus on a lot of young men and women today !!! Will the search come to an end ?Realistically no ,But it will come to a better place than today . And we will beat the failed system.
